Dear Admiral,

I was contacted by Templar Thal Valdam who indicated to me that an excursion to Mator for an eight day spiritual pilgrimage was authorized by you. If so authorized, I will certainly assist in the delivery, annd subsequent pick-up (assuming he can figure out how to get off planet alive) was in fact authorized by you as he represented to me. I write to confirm your authorization. Please advise.

As you know, I have always sought to support PIE, as my SRP during the recent wars with the crows and with nauplius should demonstrate. Although this is unorthodox and certainly... unusual.. if the PIE Admiralty have deemed it an appropriate risk for this Templar's morale and well being, I will not presume to question your judgment and take the risk. Being an industralist there are not as many ways for me to visibly support the war effort other than hauling and manufacturing and the donation of isk...

As for payment, due to the risk of the engagement of traversing low security and then Minmater space, I am forced to charge a fee to reimburse and cover potential ship and crew losses. my standard fee is 400,000 isk a jump and a 50,000 isk insertion fee. I would pick him up in Sassiekko at the 24th Imperial Crusade Station and transport him to the Pator system for insertion into Matar and then pick him up again in 8 days (13 x 2 jumps or 5,250,000 x 2 = 10,500,00 isk). I will not pay any collateral for a trip of this risk. Please advise if PIE will reimburse this fee or if the Templar needs to pay directly. if PIE is willing to provide a Blops escort, the fee will be waived in is entirety.

In sum, I need to confirm authorization and payment.

Praeteroian Miles Vadam has been given approval for his endeavour, It is a little, unusual, but Thal has assured me he has taken precautions. I must admit, I'm a little releaved that you are transporting him.

As far as costs, any costs would be incurred by Thal. However CONCORD limits might mean we need to transfer for him. I will give him time to speak to me regarding payment arrangements.

Location: Huola, Planet SevenSetting: A palatial manor house situated at the top of a cliff, with spectacular views across the ocean. At the foot of the coastal path, a beautiful bay with white sandy beach allows Manor regulars, and their guests, a private and serene location to take a dip in the warm water.The house, surrounded by acres of lush gardens and tropical palm-trees, boasts a terrace bar lit by torches; flickering with naked flame. ((image here))From the landing pad, visitors are escorted to the terrace after having their weapons confiscated by the privately employed security detail. The terrace is scattered with tables and chairs, chaise lounges, rockers, and several outdoor sofas. Drinks and food are served upon request by a dedicated team of smartly dressed servers. The terrace is also fitted with several holodrones and a retractable roof that is used during the rainy season. A three tiered water fountain sits directly in the centre of the terrace - the base having been decorated with floating flowers, and is home to several species of Koi.Visitors are allowed to stroll the gardens and visit the nearby waterfall, the menagerie, and the public rooms of the Manor house.
