RP - Entrance Interview of Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya

Post by Lunarisse Aspenstar on Fri Mar 25, 2016 2:28 am

Location: SFRIM Offices. Bar. Nahyeen VII, Zoar & Sons Factory

Setting: The main gathering area of the Society, the bar sports plush leather couches centered around a long coffee table. Low music plays songs from around the galaxy. The soft blue lighting is easy on the eyes, but still light enough to see what you're doing and where you're going. The shelves are filled haphazardly with bottles of spirits, clearly labeled. The whiskeys shelf label has been taped over by Lucas. There is a shelf with rum on it, with a fresh label reading 'Alexi'. Above that, is Nicoletta's shelf, with juice mixes and exotic wine, with a few bottles of absinthe here and there. A long line of bottles of Quafe are on a shelf with a "DON'T TOUCH!" sign by Rhoxy. Johanes has a shelf with brandies and cognac and a lone bottle of smurgleblaster. One shelf labeled "Lord Anderson's" has three bottles of brandy from Gallente space, along with other liquors. Lunarisse's shelf has spiced wine and other vintages from around New Eden, with a few religious texts leaning against the bottles. New to her collection is one tall, elegant bottle with amarrian scrollwork of Cream Liqueur, one tall elegant bottle with amarrian scrollwork of Chocolate Liqueur, one stout, wide bottle with amarrian scroll work of Chocolate sauce with added black tea all wrapped in a secure richly coloured, dark wood box. A shelf labeled "Alizabeth" has several boxes of teas. There are a few other shelves that hold overflow and shared drinks for all. A well stocked refrigerator is behind the bar and equipmebnt to brew teas and coffees are behind the bar.On the walls are starscapes with Society members, painted by Lord Anderson.Against one wall is a majestic golden Tash-Murkon Grandmother Clock, secured so it does not tip

There is Sarum Shepard named " Quark"

    Exits: Gottin's Lamp - Kitchen, Gottin's Lamp - Sleeping Area, Gottin's Lamp - Library, and Gottin's Lamp

[ 2016.01.25 00:28:17 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote is seated in a plush chair reviewing some datapads. Her hair is damp as if freshly out of pod and she is wearing a decidedly casual white linen dress.
    [ 2016.01.25 00:28:46 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > White Linen Dress
[ 2016.01.25 00:33:44 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote walks in wearing a pants suit with a matching jacket. She looks around casually before noticing Luna in the chair, at which point she walks over and sits next to her.
[ 2016.01.25 00:35:54 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote smiles. "Hello, thank you for coming. Is there a way you prefer to be addressed?"
[ 2016.01.25 00:36:57 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote returns the smile and says, "My friends call me Ginger... And thanks for inviting me."
[ 2016.01.25 00:37:42 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Ginger, feel free to call me Lunarisse here. This is our.. well.. personal and private space away from the outside world."
[ 2016.01.25 00:38:17 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote smiles wryly "I try to encourage informality inside the corporate offices." She sighs "out there, of course, i'll be formal. Please don't think I am mad if you notice the difference."
    [ 2016.01.25 00:38:51 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Can I get you a drink Ginger?"
[ 2016.01.25 00:40:12 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote considers the question and then says, "I'm fine for the moment, Lunarisse."
[ 2016.01.25 00:41:46 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote leans back into her chair and asks "So what piques your interest in the Society?"
    [ 2016.01.25 00:43:38 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > I just thought it might make for a good home now that I'm a capsuleer.
[ 2016.01.25 00:45:48 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods. "I hope we can do that. What is your vocation.. or where do your talents lie, as a capsuleer?"
[ 2016.01.25 00:46:43 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote smiles, "Transport mostly. I guess you could say I enjoy flying the larger ships."
[ 2016.01.25 00:47:05 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Wonderful. Would you be willing on occasion to fly for the Society should the need arise?"
[ 2016.01.25 00:48:16 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Sure, if I can help in some way, that would be nice.
[ 2016.01.25 00:50:05 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods. She yawns but she forces a smile to keep a bright appearance. "As you know we are an Amarr Faithful Loyalist Corporation. Consequently, the remaining aspects of the interview pertain to the Faith."
    [ 2016.01.25 00:50:46 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote nods slowly and deliberately.
[ 2016.01.25 00:51:10 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "To start things off.. I usually ask a fairly subjective question. What is the Essence of the Amarr Faith to you - to Giner?"
    [ 2016.01.25 00:51:15 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > *Ginger
[ 2016.01.25 00:52:38 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > It is the only thing I've ever known, so I suppose it is everything, to me.
[ 2016.01.25 00:53:01 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods. "In what way, perhaps, does it speak to you the most?"
    [ 2016.01.25 00:56:01 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > I think it would be when I'm sleeping. In my dreams.
[ 2016.01.25 00:57:06 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote tilts her head curiously "Interesting? What do you mean?"
    [ 2016.01.25 00:57:20 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote gives an encouraging smile.
[ 2016.01.25 00:58:05 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote shifts in her chair before answering, "Sometimes I have dreams that seem special... not that I think I'm special, but just that the dreams are."
    [ 2016.01.25 00:59:40 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods. "That is a blessing, i am sure."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:00:50 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote blushes a little and simply nods.
[ 2016.01.25 01:02:47 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "My second question in this vein is simple. Who do you think is more important in God's eyes. Someone who is simply True Amarr, or someone who is righteous and follows the Word of God and his Scriptures?"
    [ 2016.01.25 01:04:17 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote seems a bit confused and says, "Aren't those the same thing, though?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:06:13 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Sadly, not necessarily. Have you been on the Summit or the IGS lately?" She says sourly.
    [ 2016.01.25 01:06:40 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > What are they, Lunarisse?
[ 2016.01.25 01:06:59 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Channels and written mediums. The amount of fallen true amarr capsuleers is truly astounding."
[ 2016.01.25 01:07:28 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Or is it irrelevant, if a true amarr follows God's scriptures?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:08:57 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > All Amarr I have met follow the scriptures... how could they not?
[ 2016.01.25 01:09:57 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "It seems that when unfettered from Societies, strictures, quite a few.. go mad or begin to think of themselves, as Gods unto themselves."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:10:03 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "A bit.. like gallente."
[ 2016.01.25 01:11:16 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > I've never met a Gallente, perhaps a bit too much time studying and in the pod lately... But I've heard stories... whispers... *shudders*
[ 2016.01.25 01:12:26 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "So.. for you its a hypothetical question I guess. But would a faithful pilot, like say Sir Aldrith Shutaq, who is Ni-Kunni, who follows the scriptures, more important in God's eyes than.. well a heretical true Amarr pirate who preys on the innocent?"
    [ 2016.01.25 01:14:04 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote seems a bit concerned, "Can I meet them and decide then, perhaps?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:15:10 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote shakes. "It's sort of important to the Society. We believe in the elevation of all of the Faithful, and not denigration only because they are not True Amarr. In this way.. I suppose we are in the 'liberal holder' school"
    [ 2016.01.25 01:15:22 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > *shakes her head no
[ 2016.01.25 01:15:47 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "We have a wide range of members and its.. well important for me to ensure that no one tries to .. well.. lord it over the others"
[ 2016.01.25 01:15:50 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > And who am I to decide for anyone else, let alone God? I'm just a humble servant, walking the path.
    [ 2016.01.25 01:16:03 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I quite agree. let's rephrase the question then."
[ 2016.01.25 01:16:26 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Is it more important to you if someone is simply true amarr, or if someone lives a righteous life in the Faith?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:19:26 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > During my childhood I was surrounded by Faithful True Amarr... I'm not sure I know enough to say? Though... I'm not sure why this is so important of a question?
[ 2016.01.25 01:19:39 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Well.. I did try to explain it. But let's move on."
[ 2016.01.25 01:20:39 ] Alizabeth Vea > /emote makes her way to the door. She's humming softly and ends with a soft song. "And bombard Gallente Prime." Obviously a song from her youth. She leaves the room, on a mission.
[ 2016.01.25 01:21:12 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote says lightly "For exampple, the pilot that just walked through is a Caldari convert."
[ 2016.01.25 01:21:54 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Would you think any less of her because she is Caldari - even though she is of the Faith and served with distinction in the Succession Trials?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:23:22 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote has her eyes widen as Aliza walks through, as if she's never seen anything quite like it. "I... ah... was she singing something about the Gallente?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:23:50 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I suppose." She shrugs. "A cultural think I guess. She still retains some of her,, well.. Caldariness"
[ 2016.01.25 01:24:59 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote considers quietly for a moment before saying, "Ah... she seems interesting. I imagine I could learn a lot from her... right?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:25:21 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I hope you can learn a lot from all of our pilots. Many of whom are not True Amarr."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:25:41 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Does this pose an issue?"
    [ 2016.01.25 01:25:42 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote nods, "I hope so..."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:25:56 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Does what pose an issue?
[ 2016.01.25 01:26:30 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "The fact that you are True Amarr, and many of our Faithful pilots are not." She tilts her head slightly.
[ 2016.01.25 01:26:52 ] Alizabeth Vea > /emote has a small package in her hands, but she's still singing: "Remember Tovil-Toba and the patriots that diedHonor the Caldari who have served and fought with prideRemember every sacrifice to be repaid ten foldAnd bombard Gallente Prime."
[ 2016.01.25 01:28:17 ] Alizabeth Vea > /emote makes her way back to her quarters. "Glory, glory. Today's the day we die. Glory, glory today's . . ."
[ 2016.01.25 01:28:52 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote seems slightly confused and then leans in to Luna and whispers, "Do you not trust your pilots? It seems you think I might be in danger?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:30:17 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I do trust my pilots completely. But.. " she shrugs "You are the one interviewing and I need to see if you will fit in." She smiles. "We can move on the next question if you'd like"
    [ 2016.01.25 01:31:01 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote nods, "Well. If you aren't concerned, then I'm not..."
[ 2016.01.25 01:33:44 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote's face is a mask. "And of course, being a Faithful corporation, we recognize and adhere to the continuing nature of slavery in our Society. What views do you have of slavery and its purpose?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:35:09 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > We have a duty to enlighten the world and make it a better place. Sometimes, this is the only way.
    [ 2016.01.25 01:36:49 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods.
[ 2016.01.25 01:37:44 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote smiles. "I appreciate your time. That's all I have for now. I need to review this interview with the other directors, including Director Emeritus Nicoletta Mithra" and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
    [ 2016.01.25 01:37:50 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "is that acceptable?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:38:23 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote smiles and nods, "Thanks for your time. If you have any other questions, let me know."
[ 2016.01.25 01:39:08 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Of course" She rises and leads Ginger to the door where she would be shown up.
[ 2016.01.25 01:41:17 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > /emote goes to the door and leaves after saying, "Thanks again."
[ 2016.01.25 01:44:55 ] Alizabeth Vea > /emote comes back to get a box of tea: "Our planet has been lost to us, we’ve scattered to the nightAnd though we are at peace right now, we won’t give up the fightOne day we’ll return again to our ancestral landAnd bombard Gallente Prime!"
[ 2016.01.25 01:45:12 ] Alizabeth Vea > /emote makes her way back to her quarters. "Glory, glory. Today's the day we die. Glory, glory today's . . ."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:45:14 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote looks up 'In a hearty mood, Ali?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:45:56 ] Alizabeth Vea > /emote stops and turns. "Whimsical. Genny stopped by for lunch."
[ 2016.01.25 01:46:55 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Oh your sister?" She smiles. "I met her once in the Grape. She was a pretty thing."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:47:27 ] Alizabeth Vea > "I will . . . pass along your compliments to her, then."
    [ 2016.01.25 01:48:08 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote chuckles. "How are you?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:48:50 ] Alizabeth Vea > "Good. Just waiting on a pair of boots that I ordered to be delivered. I got that other package, but I am not sure what it is."
[ 2016.01.25 01:51:08 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote tilts her head slightly "Well why not open it?"
[ 2016.01.25 01:51:49 ] Alizabeth Vea > "I did. It's a message disk. I am going to make some tea and watch the holo."
[ 2016.01.25 01:53:35 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Sure." She smiles. "God, yesterday was... interesting. I think some relaxation for all is warranted."
[ 2016.01.25 01:54:37 ] Alizabeth Vea > "I am glad nothing untowards happened. With respect, directrix, I don't want to know the details. I've tried very hard to put that part of . . . the past behind me."
[ 2016.01.25 02:20:45 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods. "I think the less said the better. It was both awful and ... banal."
[ 2016.01.25 02:21:28 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote gets up to go behind the bar and make herself some hot cocoa "At ease. I am just chilling. Be as you were" She smiles at Ali.
[ 2016.01.25 02:22:32 ] Alizabeth Vea > "Yes, ma'am. Have a good evening." she bows and heads back to her room.
[ 2016.01.25 02:23:15 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote sighs as she watches Ali go. She continues to make her cocoa.

    [ 2016.02.27 00:31:49 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > Hello! *warmly*
    [ 2016.02.27 00:33:01 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > How are you, Ginger?
[ 2016.02.27 00:37:25 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > Have you had a chance to see the cluster a bit? *she looks at Ginger in a friendly way*
    [ 2016.02.27 00:38:58 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Sure, I think so.
[ 2016.02.27 00:39:32 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote says lightly "did you meet some of the Amarr who have gone capsuleer who might seem to have lost their way?"
[ 2016.02.27 00:41:07 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > I didn't interact with many people, mostly just observed. And it's not my place to judge, is it?
[ 2016.02.27 00:41:32 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "It is always our place to hold counsel with the Faithful and to correct those who err"
[ 2016.02.27 00:42:04 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote sighs. "But not something i like to focus on either"
[ 2016.02.27 00:42:46 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Helping people along the path isn't the same thing as judging them.
    [ 2016.02.27 00:42:57 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "That is true."
[ 2016.02.27 00:44:01 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I guess to go back to my question. With some of those True Amarr who fight against the Empire, blaspheme God, attach other Faithful, openly sin and mock the Empire, the Faith...
[ 2016.02.27 00:44:41 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "are they still higher in God's eyes than the other Faithful who try to follow the Faith, like the Ni Kunni Admiral Newlle or Sir Shutaq, or the Minmatari Samira Kernher, or the Khanid like Lady Harashani?
[ 2016.02.27 00:46:14 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > I am not God's eyes and I don't speak for God, that is for the Empress or Emperor.
[ 2016.02.27 00:48:55 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I agree, But.. how do yuo feel in your heart?"
    [ 2016.02.27 00:50:03 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > That it's not my place to decide.
[ 2016.02.27 00:50:27 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Would you feel more comfortable flying with others of the Faith, or those who are not?"
[ 2016.02.27 00:51:29 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > I think I'd feel comfortable flying with people who make me feel comfortable.
[ 2016.02.27 00:51:51 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote chuclles "And who are they?" She smiles encouragingly.
[ 2016.02.27 00:53:47 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > There aren't many so far, mostly family and close friends that I don't interact with much anymore due to becoming a capsuleer.
[ 2016.02.27 00:54:23 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote nods. "Well you seem open minded and non-judgmental. I think you will like most of your corpmates in the Society if you join."
    [ 2016.02.27 00:55:07 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "Would you still like to?"
    [ 2016.02.27 00:55:19 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Sure, if you will have me?
    [ 2016.02.27 00:55:26 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "I would love to."
    [ 2016.02.27 00:55:39 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote sends an invitation.
    [ 2016.02.27 00:56:27 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Thank you.
[ 2016.02.27 00:57:31 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > "See you around" she smiles "I have one more meeting to do tonight. Also.. I will be away a week. It's.. a rare trip for me"
    [ 2016.02.27 00:58:08 ] Azizora Ginger Tash-Amalaya > Have fun.
    [ 2016.02.27 00:58:26 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote pauses, then says quickly "I.. er.. hope so"
    [ 2016.02.27 00:58:39 ] Lunarisse Aspenstar > /emote gives a forced smile as she disconnects
