Channel Name: Reception Hall of the Ducal Palace

While the orbital transporter descends into the atmosphere of Palas VIII, passengers see an oceanic planet with almost no landmass. The pilot then directs the spacecraft to the vicinity of the “White Island”, which is completely filled with residential towers, smaller houses and gilded domes of a large shrine complex. The passengers spot a rectangular white building on the southernmost spot the island, the Ducal Palace. The orbital transporter softly touches down on a small landing pad, emerging from the Ducal Palace, hanging over the endless Palasian sea. A narrow corridor connects it to the Palace, where servants wearing black robes and Kalpaks greet the guests and lead them to the reception hall. The hall is dominated by a 36 metre high dome, a massive chandelier and a huge carpet filling the entire room. Servants stand ready with a variety of sea food and refreshments. In an alcove of the reception hall Nauplius' corpse is seated on a chair dressed in blood sprinkled linen bearing the mark of the Blood Raiders. His face is heavily covered with make-up, but shows only slight signs of decomposition.
